Visitors Centre 9am to 5pm. Closed Christmas Day

Undoubtedly one of the best attractions of Kosciuszko National Park, a day at Yarrangobilly Caves has something for everything.

The caves have now re-opened with the huge and spectacular South Glory Cave for self-guided tours and the Jillabenan Cave for guided Tours.

The Jillabenan Caves have four guided tours per day but plan well ahead and book your guided tour via online or call ahead for schedule availability.

As much as the caves are the central attraction, the Thermal Pool is a beautiful sight on both a hot summer day and a cool winter day.  Set at the bottom of this scenic valley, the pool is a must visit and really is a day out itself where you can soothe in the 27 degree natural spring pool.

With BBQ facilities, room to roam and an idyllic setting, the Thermal Pool is ideal to relax and enjoy for several hours.

There are numerous scenic walks including the River Walk, Glory Farm Trail at the southern end and Castle Cave walk heading north.

There are no food outlets, only snacks and drinks available from the Visitor Centre which is open 9am to 5pm. So pack your own lunch and supplies to last the distance. Day pass tickets can be purchased at the Visitor Centre.

Accommodation is also available at Caves House from February 2021. This heritage listed 'mansion' has been meticulously restored to its former glory and is the perfect location to unwind in natures finest setting.
