Head Chef Sebastian Doyle and Executive Chef Paul Starley have been working magic in the kitchen to put this 5 course degustation menu together for you to enjoy this New Years Eve.

Sit back, relax, take in the sweeping views of the mountains and indulge in a 3hr bottomless beverage package.

Following dinner, dust off those dancing shoes for some late night entertainment in the Alpine Bar.
