Perisher Valley Fire and Rescue

Annual Open Day on Easter Saturday 10am - 2.30pm

Visit the Perisher Valley Fire Station and see the trucks up close and personal.

There will be opportunities to look through our Fire truck and equipment, Hagglund and Snowmobiles will be on display. Some Fire Ed show bags and free fire helmets for the kids, operate a fire hose and take the opportunity to ask the team about any fire safety concerns or issues. Included will be a fire kitchen simulator for demonstrations on what happens when you burn the chips.

Great day for the kids and family. All welcome.

After the Fire Station Open Day the Duck Race commencing at 3pm on Perisher Creek next to the Perisher Centre.

This year 400 ducks are for sale at $4 each (three for $10). Profits will be donated to a worthy cause. Ducks can be bought starting at 2pm, look for organisers at the start.

Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
